STARPORT PU FLOOR PAINT (POLYURETHANE) Product Description StarPort PU Floor Paint is a two-component polyurethane coating system designed to provide a durable, seamless, and protective floor finish. It typically consists of Part A: a polyurethane resin or hydroxyl-functional polyol component, containing selected pigments, additives, and performance-enhancing agents, and Part B: an isocyanate-based hardener. When mixed, the components undergo a chemical cross-linking reaction to form a tough polyurethane film. The cured coating offers excellent abrasion resistance, impact tolerance, flexibility, and resistance to weathering and various chemicals. Its smooth, high-performance finish makes it suitable for industrial floors, commercial facilities, warehouses, and other demanding environments. Key Properties * Excellent abrasion and mechanical wear resistance. * Strong adhesion to properly prepared substrates. * Good chemical and moisture resistance. * Durable, flexible, and smooth surface finish. * Excellent resistance to weathering and UV exposure, depending on formulation. * Easy-to-clean and maintain. Coverage: Approximately 200 m² per 30 kg set (Part A + Part B), depending on application thickness and surface conditions.
