Product Description StarPort Epoxy Floor Primer is a two-component, chemically reactive coating system designed to promote adhesion between concrete substrates and subsequent epoxy floor coatings. It typically consists of Part A: an epoxy resin base, formulated with suitable additives and flow-control agents, and Part B: an amine-based curing agent. Upon mixing, the components undergo a cross-linking reaction to form a strong, adherent polymer network. The primer penetrates the concrete’s surface pores, binds residual dust particles, reduces substrate porosity, and improves intercoat adhesion. It provides a stable foundation for the mid coat and top coat, supporting the durability and integrity of the complete flooring system.
